Testimonials

Michael is an excellent appraiser. I initially met him when refinancing my personal home. It was difficult to appraise because of the lack of similar nearby “solds” to use as comps. He found appropriate comps by doing more due diligence than most appraisers would. Since then, I’ve hired him several times to measure clients’ homes prior to listing. He has been super punctual in terms of scheduling the appointment and returning the results. In sum, Michael has a strong appraisal skills and runs his business in a very professional manner.
